Terms
Last updated October 13, 2026.
These terms cover your use of hanwick.co, the website of Hanwick LLC (“Hanwick”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
The information on this site
Pages like How Marketing Works explain how marketing generally works. They’re general information, not advice for your business, and they aren’t a promise of any result. Advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook and Instagram change their products and rules often, so details may go out of date.
Requesting a consultation
A consultation is free, and requesting one doesn’t commit you or us to anything. If we work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement, not by these terms. No marketing can guarantee a particular number of customers or sales, and nothing on this site does.
Applying for a job
Sending an application doesn’t create a job offer or employment. Any offer we make will be in writing. Please only send information that’s accurate and yours to share.
Using the site fairly
You agree not to:
- send false information through our forms, or send them on someone else’s behalf without permission;
- use the forms to send spam, advertising or anything unlawful;
- try to break into, overload or interfere with the site; or
- collect information from the site with automated tools, other than search engines indexing it.
What’s ours
The site’s writing, illustrations, design and the Hanwick name and mark belong to Hanwick. You’re welcome to read, share links to and quote short parts of our pages with credit. Please don’t copy, republish or sell them without our written permission.
Other websites
Some links lead to other websites, such as Google Maps. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for them; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
No warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Hanwick isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue or data, that comes from using this site or relying on its information.
Florida law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
